Specializing in K-12, laboratory, college, university, medical and office projects, Power Installations Inc. has been installing casework in and around Virginia for almost 12 years. From our 14,000 sq. ft. warehouse, our knowledgeable staff is capable of receiving, delivering, and executing any installation, including “phased” projects. George Mason University
A standard laboratory setup for a student classroom of a local professional college. Cabinetry and countertops are customized to accommodate electrical, data or other fixtures.
This laboratory classroom demonstrates the variety and versatility of our installations. In addition to the desk work, this project also included wall cabinetry and storage.

James Madison University
A fully functional nurses’ station; all work surfaces and cabinetry were part of this installation.
From JMU’s Center for Integrated Science and Technology, a modern laboratory classroom worthy of the university’s commitment to the associated programs. Note the articulating arms of the state-of-the-art snorkel fume vacuums.

Langley Airforce Hospital
The scope of our work in this installation included the cabinetry and multi-function panel within individual birthing units, as well as larger multi-panel installations, demonstrated in the last image in the gallery.
Another example of a student laboratory from the new science building at Longwood. Note the ample storage, as well as convenient electrical and data hookups.
Here we have a space-saving solution for the storage and organization of medical records and/or personnel files.
Richmond Police HQ
VCU Sanger Hall
From the headquarters of the City of Richmond Police, this installation includes fixed seating and table surfaces arranged classroom style for formal conference and meeting purposes.
This professional laboratory installation comes from a new wing of the preservation and restoration department at the Smithsonian Museum.
From Sanger Hall, part of the VCU School of Medicine, this installation shows a versatile space with ample storage, as well as working surface area with all necessary connectivity.
